Topic: Can I cook a whole crock on a grill? . . . . From: Brian-Kibbutz,
Subject: Re: Ten kilos of crocodile meat

Dear Smoky,

Apart from being the first question I've asked over the internet you're the first e-mail I've sent so I hope I get this right.

On Wednesday evening I am hosting a barbecue for the end of the season celebration for our milk dairy. In addition to the usual meat (beef, ostrich and pork) I've come across ten kilos of crocodile meat which I haven't got a clue what to do with. Any help on your behalf would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Hi Brian,

Not to worry. Treat alligator/crocodile as you would pork. Don't overcook. You'll find yourself looking for more.

Fun,
Smoky
