Thursday, Feb. 10: 4 p.m. to midnight
Friday, Feb. 11: noon to midnight
Saturday, Feb. 12: 9 a.m. to midnight

This year like all previous years, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Barbecue Cookoff will be held in the parking lot of the Houston Astrodome. There will be hundreds of teams competing for awards and recognition. Parties will abound. If you have never had the opportunity to see a cookoff in action, then this is your chance.
